What are your shipping and delivery options?

Please note that shipping costs may vary based on product. All local deliveries are free of charge, and international shipments will range depending on destination.  Allow up to 3 working days for delivery dispatch. You will receive a dispatch email once completed.

 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

We unfortunately do not expedite orders under any circumstances. 

 

What is the ETA for my order?

We aim to process and ship your order within 1-3 business days for local deliveries & 1-5 business days for international deliveries. Thanks for your patience.

 

Do the shipping fees at checkout include VAT, Tax and duties?

The prices on our website do not include your local taxes, duties or shipping. All orders outside of Bermuda are international and subject to these charges.
Depending where you live, your country’s customs office may impose additional charges on your order: import fees, declaration fees, import duties (tariffs) and/or taxes. In some countries, orders below a certain value may not be subject to duties; this is often known as De Minimis value, and is determined by your local customs office. For all online orders — including the purchase of gift cards — all the fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer (that’s you). They will be charged upon arrival.

 

Can I edit or cancel my order once it’s been placed?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately it cannot be canceled. 

 

My order was lost/stolen, what should I do? 

Gold Coast Apparel is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, if the address provided at checkout matches the address where the order was shipped and delivered to. We are not liable for the package after successful delivery. Misplaced packages are non-refundable. If you have further questions or an issue pertaining to a stolen delivery, please contact email or assistance with your order number in the subject line. 

 

Can I cancel a pre-order?

No. Pre-orders are made-to-order and cannot be canceled or modified once your order confirmation is received. They are final sale and non-returnable. 

 

Returns 

We are proud of our product and won’t be happy until you are. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original and unworn condition, within 14 days of receipt, and we will send out a replacement or refund you in full for the product. *If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. 

To return your product, please send an email to info@goldcoastapparelinc.com. Upon the outcome of the correspondence further details will be provided to ship goods.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.

*If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
